pictures anyone?

so being the picture taker i am, i've hardly taken any pictures this season! i'll try and remember to bring my camera to the last few games, but if you have any fun pictures from this season so far put them on a cd for me so i can start working on a slide show mmmkay... thanks guys! enjoy your break! everyone with the crazy injuries take care of them while we're off so you can come back monday ready to work hard!!!

REGION PLAY

Hi team, just wanted to comment on our current record in region. We easily play in the toughest region in the state and are current 1-2 in region and 12-9 overall. We play Lonepeak tomorrow who is currently 2-1 in region. Then we play Pleasant Grove who is current 3-0 in region so we have our two toughest games ahead of us. Then we will have played everyone in our region and will start over our schedule playing everyone in the region twice. Right now the region rankings and records look like this:

1. Pleasant Grove 3-0 (beat Lonepeak in 5, beat Timp in 3, and American Fork in 3)
2. Lonepeak 2-1 (lost to PG, but beat Lehi in 3, and Timp in 3 also)
3. American Fork 2-1 (Beat Timp in 3, beat us in 5, and lost to PG in 3)
4. Lehi 1-2 (Lost to both PG and Lonepeak in 3 games and beat us in 4 games)
5. Spanish Fork 1-2 (lost to AF in 5, lost to Lehi in 4, and beat timp in 3)
6. Timpanogos 3-0 (lost to us in 4, Lonepeak in3, and AF in 3)

As you can see there is plenty of time for things to get shaken up and us to move up in our rankings. We really just keep getting better and better at practice we just need to be more solid overall. See you at practice. Go team!

i just thought i'd post some pictures of our awesome 3 seniors! they contribute a lot to our team and are such great girls! they're good examples and such hard workers! thanks you guys!!

Away Game Dinners!

Hi Team, one more thing I forgot was to remind everyone about paying your 25 bucks to Mrs. Hales for the away game dinners! Her daughter Ayrika is on the soph team so you can bring your payment to practice and she will deliver your money to her mom. It can be a check made out to Sue Hales or cash in an envelope with your name on the front...either way make sure your name is available for her to know who it was who gave her money! The first dinner will be at the Salem game and 25 bucks for 6 dinners is a little more than 4 dollars a meal which is awesome. REMEMBER TO TELL SUE THANKS WHEN YOU SEE HER!! We are lucky she volunteered her time to help you guys!

THIS WEEK...

Hey Girls! I just wanted to remind everyone about volleyball pictures this week! They are Tuesday, September 9th. Which is tomorrow, at Salem pond. We will be taking the Varsity/ JV girls directly after school at 2:45-4:00 and then all the the soph team girls are to be at Salem pond at 4:00-5 or whenever we finish. Bring 10 bucks for Jami and have ideas for groups and poses that you want before you come!

This week we will be playing Salem Hills HS on Thursday so we have alot going on! Don't forget to tell all your friends to come to Salem to support you! See you at practice!
